| Note 2: | 1867 - Applied for by Thomas COX in 1867 under the 8th Clause of the CLA Act 1861. At the time of the application the lot contained improvements of a hut and garden, two dams were situated outside the fence line, one outside the northern fence and the other on the outside of the southern fence. 3 Dec 1867 - Thomas COX and John GUDGEON were given approval to purchase the Lot, the appraised value was £6/0/0 inclusive of the Deed Fee. Note: This new Crown Survey Plan shows a boundary paling fence and an internal stick fence running approx. north south, the area is larger then the 2½ acres drawn on the plan, a large dam still exists outside the southern boundary with a hut within the western fence line.
