Note 2:	Acquired after a Sale at the Tambaroora Police Office on 8 Mar 1861 where the Lot was not bid for, John Beard made a selection for Lot 44 in 1862 vide Sch. 62/19. The Grant to John Beard was on the 31 Dec 1862. This Lot would have become Harriett Beards upon the death of John Beard in 1863. ⁽⁵⁹⁴⁾
