Hill End and Tambaroora Temporary Common, Parish of Tambaroora

Note 1: On the 27 June 1903 a withdrawal of land of about 21,500 acres was undertaken from the Common, this amounted to the total area of the Common proclaimed on the 8 February 1870. In lieu of this withdrawal, Reserve 35,959 (from Sale) and Reserve 35,960 (from License and Annual Lease) were created the same day at a reduced size of about 10,700 acres. Note 1: Notes included with the Gazette notification read "Reserves 851 from occupation under miners right or business licence, notified 35 July 1902, reserve 29,572 from conditional sale, notified 15 July 1899, and population area, proclaimed 24 March 1888, are not affected by the above withdrawal. Reserve 35,959 from sale (No.35,960 from license and annual lease) for temporary common, notified this day, is partly in lieu. ()
