The Little Wonder is a great astonishment, standing in a gully close to Hill End. It has crushed 300 tons of stone, whereof the highest yield was fourteen ounces, and the lowest three-quarters of an ounce, the total being 1280 oz. or four and a quarter ounces to the ton.
