Tambaroora Gold Field Proclamation

Although Tambaroora was never mentioned as a proclaimed Gold Field by name it did fall within "the vicinity of the Macquarie River"

On the 24 Dec 1861, a Proclamation stated that "Lands within Proclaimed Gold Fields were to be excluded from Conditional Sale, in this same proclamation Tambaroora was noted as being a proclaimed Gold Field on the 2 Feb 1853, the area of the Gold Field was also noted.
