Note 2:	This Lot was 1 rood 2 perches in size, it was later sub-divided into two parts, 14 perches sold to Robert James Rawsthorne on 24 Apr 1874 and 28 perches was sold to Mary Anderson on the 1 May 1874. There were no further dealings upon Mary Andersons part of the Lot and it was resumed for the Hill End Historic Site 1975. Robert Rawsthornes part of the Lot changed hands on numerous occasions and a later Certificate of Title [vol.266-fol.141] included Lot 1 Section 35 which at a later date was seperated into the two original Lots, Lot 1 Section 21 [vol.1241-fol.22] and Lot 1 Section 35 [vol.1485-fol.161] ⁽⁾
